Cold formed sections

Cold formed sections – execution of left and right columns 4 and 6 meters long. Bending tolerance over the entire length + -1mm. The material used for the production of S355 4-meter poles and S400 for 6-meter poles. Total quantity – 300 sets Project duration: 4 months.

The columns in the first stage of production were burned with a laser, the next stage was bending on our 6-meter press brake. The pressure used when bending 6-meter poles is 350 tons.
