Constant development
Construction of a new production hall
In 2023, our company plans to put into operation a new production hall with an area of 1,700 m² located at Wojciecha z Brudzewa 42. The new space will allow us to further increase productivity in the field of sheet metal processing.
Purchase of new machines
Along with the construction of a new production hall, the company purchased new machines for sheet metal processing. And so our machine park was extended with a 16m / 2500t press brake and a laser with a working area of 18 x 3m
Own hot dip galvanizing in plant Kalisz
In June 2019, we purchased a hot dip galvanizing line, which after modernization was launched in May 2020. We invite you to cooperate in the field of hot-dip galvanizing. We are focused on high quality galvanizing
Technology without bending notch
We have introduced to the market as one in Poland and few in Europe without notching bending of thick sheets. Bending the technology developed by us does not cause a notch even or deep accounts below 60 degrees inside.
High edge bending in thick sheets only at ARSTON
In July 2019, a new press brake with very large possibilities was launched. We have the ability to bend long sheets up to 6 meters with a pressure of 640 tonnes, and the ability to bend high edge. All this thanks to a very large punch stroke of 1050 mm
INDUSTRY 4.0 – the largest implementation of Lantek in Europe
January 2019 – a breakthrough month. The most modern production management system for sheet metal processing in the world has been launched in our production plants. We are currently using the lantek MRP + ERP system. All work is managed, including melt and process control.
Sheet metal processing up to 12 meters long and 3 meters wide with bevelling
We have a Microstep plasma cutter with a 3D head. Cutting and (beveling) sheets up to 12 meters long and 30mm thick.
Laser processing of profiles and pipes – TRUMPF TUBEMATIC
Since June 2017, The Arston has the ability to laser cut of tubes, profiles and sections up to 150 mm in diameter with a thickness of 12 mm
A modern automated store – STOPA 6x2m
Since March 2018, we have an automatic sheet metal store with a capacity of 250 tons (for sheets 6000x2000mm). This is the largest shelf in POLAND
LARGE SIZE milling
Since June 2018, we have been milling items with a size of 8000x2500mm. The machine has numerically controlled axes.
