Development of the technology, manufacture of production equipment and final production of the wagon frame from high-strength Strenx sheet metal.
Technologies
Laser cutting, bending of sheets with a thickness of up to 25 mm made of Strenx 690.
Longest bent element – 7 metres.
Milling under welds, welding of separate components in accord with ISO 15085 CL1.
Finally, the previously welded components were assembled into a complete frame.
The order also included the manufacture of all welding equipment.
All frame elements were manufactured at our company.
